8 documentaries in development, which have been through a long period of research, will be presented in front of a panel of film professionals, coming directly from the real film industry: Daniel Sponsel, artistic director of DOK.fest in Munich; Barbara Weis, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and of the Audiovisual Media Office of the Province of Bolzano; Salomé Jashi, filmmaker and producer from Georgia; Luca Bizzarri, public manager of the Culture Department and Responsible for the Permanent Education, Libraries and Media Office in Bolzano; Lorenzo Hendel, Director, Trainer and former Commissioning Editor at RAI. The Pitch is an event open to the public and part of Bolzano Art Weeks.
In the evening, starting at 20.00h at the Filmclub, there will be the screening of TAMING THE GARDEN, award-winning documentary realised in 2021 by Salomé Jashi: she will introduce the film and participate in a Q&A afterwards.
